This class is designed to target the connective tissue along the entire back line of the body. With regular practice, you’ll start to experience tangible results in your flexibility!
Suggested props: scarf/exercise strap and block/book
Postures include: forward fold, seated butterfly, hamstring stretching with straps, spinal twist
