This meditation is designed to soothe chaotic energy by reconnecting us to the Earth’s soothing and nourishing resource.

You can experience this practice either lying down or seated on the floor, cushion, or chair. Be sure to have at least some part of you that is actually in contact with the ground. Bonus if you can get outside and make contact with the actual Earth!
