(12 min PRACTICE) Subconscious Patterning Meditation w/ Amanda Leaveck

 

1) Set an intention: I am open to learning more about my beliefs around (insert topic)" examples include: money, romantic relationships, career path, traveling, etc. OR Ask a question.  For example, what were my parents belief patterns around money?  What childhood memories are tied to my fear of abandonment?  

2) Hold that topic in your mental awareness and take three breaths, repeating your intention each time. Press ‘play’ and start your meditation.

3) When the meditation is complete, your brain wave frequency will be at a lower state. Give yourself 5 minutes to journal about the question you posed, stream of consciousness style.  Your writing doesn’t even need to make sense - just go for it! Don’t think too hard, let your pen move freely! You can analyze what you write later - remember, very little of our analytical mind exists in on our subconscious state.
