A 20-minute sun salutation sequence is perfect for a morning flow to get prana and energy moving throughout the body! This spirited class offers forward folds, hip openers, and planks to invigorate and purify the body.

Practice begins in a standing warm up and offers the opportunity to set an intention. Throughout class, you will be invited to integrate your intention into embodiment. Complete with a cool down & 2 minute savasanna.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Maya Elena is a songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and a 200hr Yoga Teacher.She completed her training at Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA. Maya has shared her songs around the country, and is now incorporating them into yoga practices. Concepts she enjoys incorporating into yoga practices are existentialism, philosophy, mythology, self-care, self-compassion and body positivity!
