This practice invites you to remember that you have a body, to soften sweetly, and to settle into it. It asks that you give yourself grace. Poses focus on neck, heart, hips, low back and shoulders. MEET YOUR TEACHER

nathaniel is a self described Black weirdo with an East Coast heart and a RBF. He was deeply rooted in progressive and radical non-profit spaces in his local communities and nationally for 17 years. Previously a case manager, wellness educator, capacity builder, operations director and executive director, he is now an organizational development consultant, yoga instructor, Reiki master, and doula. His personal and community based practices are rooted in harm reduction.
