This short yoga sequence is designed to help stimulate our digestive system. The whole class is offered from a seated/lying position, so cozy into whatever floor space you find yourself in.

I wouldn’t suggest doing this right after a huge meal… wait maybe an hour or two to give the body a chance to digest on it’s own.

Included: twisting, lengthening, compressing, & breathing into the area of the abdomen. Enjoy regularly to support happy & healthy digestion!
