Enjoy this short yin practice that is designed to lull the body into a state of restful sleep. Many of us spend a lot of our day sitting down and hunched over, so this sequence targets the connective tissue around the shoulders and hips.

Class ends with legs up the wall pose, a posture that reverses blood flow in legs, drains extra fluid from the feet, and soothes the nervous system.
