In this class we will address a key intersection of the body - the lower, as it relates to the nervous system. The nerves in our lower back require toned muscles for support.
We will use the bandhas and easy poses to stretch, strengthen, and relieve these muscles. Go slow and connect your conscience to these spaces and breaths.
