Tend to the inner landscape of your body and mind with this gentle, creative, and uplifting experience.

Chance uses the metaphor of gardening to guide us through a beautiful visualization of clearing space (weeding, uprooting, etc), setting intentions (planting seeds), and nourishing those intentions (via the natural elements of sunshine/water and the personal attention of care).

The movement practice is gentle, meditative, and slow. Enjoy this delicious experience while simultaneously casting a spell for your wildest dreams to come true!
