Celebrate the fall equinox - a time of year where darkness and light are in a state of balance. .
What have the last six months brought? What is sitting in the unknown of the upcoming six months? How can we find a knowing of inner balance in times of challenge and unknown?
No matter how specific or abstract this metaphor unfolds for you - let yourself explore this embodiment of balance. When sensation awakens in the body, notice sensation surrounding it, opposing it, etc. If the body feels sensation in the front of the hip, how does the back of the hip feel? If the body is leaning slightly to the right, how does it feel to lean a bit more intentionally to the left? What brings you back to your center, both literally and metaphorically?
