We made a custom PLAYLIST on Spotify to enjoy with this class…
Summer is yang: active and expansive! Summer correlates with the fire element and the heart organ network encouraging our efforts to bear fruit and our heart to sing out. We are transformed by the fire and in excess, we can get burned out. Excess heat requires ventilation: a cross breeze and a breath of fresh air.
In this imaginative meditation and pranayama practice, a series of dynamic movements linked to breathwork fan the flames of three fires in your body: the primal fire at your root, the passionate fire of your heart and the illuminating torch of your imagination. Get situated and allow Summer to ripen and rise to it’s zenith.
