In this time of global pandemic, for many of us, our routines need to change, our relationships require rethinking, and even how/when tend to our basic functions may affected. COVID-19 can feel intimidating and create a sense of deep uncertainty.
However intentional physical, emotional, and energetic practices can nourish our abilities to cope develop deeper wells of resilience.
This practice invites you to soften your heart (physically & energetically), slow your brain, and relax your nervous system and allow your subconscious to do work that it may not be able to do in a more active state. Poses are held about 5 minutes each and concludes with a 7 minute savasana. Music begins at 1:05 and will end about 1 minute into savasana.
MEET YOUR TEACHER
nathaniel is a self described Black weirdo with an East Coast heart and a RBF. He was deeply rooted in progressive and radical non-profit spaces in his local communities and nationally for 17 years. Previously a case manager, wellness educator, capacity builder, operations director and executive director, he is now an organizational development consultant, yoga instructor, Reiki master, and doula. His personal and community based practices are rooted in harm reduction.
