This practice is composed of 24 minutes of asana, 11 minutes of meditation/pranayama, and 3.5 minutes of talking.
It moves quickly through challenging poses that are accessible to most bodies and abilities. It asks that you to not think too much about what you look like - rather to embody the shapes safely within your physical capacity rather than exceeding it.
Over and over again, we will practice engaging our core, lifting our hearts, and breathing into emotional resilience.
Reflection:
When we move from one asana to another quickly, it can be difficult to know what happened until we’re done.

MEET YOUR TEACHER
nathaniel is a self described Black weirdo with an East Coast heart and a RBF. He was deeply rooted in progressive and radical non-profit spaces in his local communities and nationally for 17 years. Previously a case manager, wellness educator, capacity builder, operations director and executive director, he is now an organizational development consultant, yoga instructor, Reiki master, and doula. His personal and community based practices are rooted in harm reduction.
