This sweetie Morning Rise practice is intended to give you space to transition from a night of sleep into the new day. Check in with any sensations collected from the night and release any stuck energy through expansive movement and breath. This practice also provides the opportunity to set a one word intention for the day ahead.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Meg (she/her) is consistently humbled to hold space for others to practice presence, and has been doing so since 2014. She specializes in yoga nidra, which provides students with the opportunity for deep relaxation of both conscious and subconscious layers. Meg encourages students to prioritize breath awareness and to listen compassionately to the body, mind, heart, and spirit. Paired with self reflection, she believes these practices revitalize our intuitive knowing.
