This sequence is inspired by earthy, grounding moon salutations to connect you to the yin energy within your body. It is designed to work your legs and your hips, with the intention of evoking a soft, earthy way of being. Nervous system wise, this sequence is designed to nourish the parasympathetic nervous system.

Feel your whole body rejuvenate with a series of forward folds and gentle inversions. If you are short on time, you are welcome enjoy the moon salutations for the first half of class or fast forward to the second half of class for some yummy yin yoga.

36:34 - 54:52: Yin Yoga
