This sequence of simple flows and posture holds is designed to open up the area of the hips. It’s perfect for a midday practice (especially if you’ve been sitting all day)!
Class begins a little more active with movement and strength-building holds, and ends with passive stretching.
End this practice with some relief in your hips and a reset to your nervous system!
