When the body sleeps, the brain resets by clearing out extra information and strengthening the connections that have been practiced throughout the day.
Weave your intention into your sleep by enjoying ths practice right before bed! This slow, spacious, and gentle sequence is designed to lull the nervous system into a state of delicious rest.
Class starts with a brief meditation (00-6:22), inviting you to set an intention through your third eye center (the central point for intuition, inner wisdom, and imagination). The following yoga practice is filled with simple postures, with plenty of space from one movement to the next.
At the end of class, you are invited to reconnect with your intention in a resting pose called flapping fish, a relaxing shape that many stomach sleepers find themselves in naturally :)

MEET YOUR TEACHER
Meg encourages students to practice intuitive listening of the body, mind, and heart, oftentimes through natural breath awareness She specializes in yoga nidra, which provides students with the opportunity for deep rest and relaxation of both the conscious and subconscious layers. After teaching yoga since 2014, Meg is consistently humbled to hold space for the deep soul work of practicing presence.
