(38 min YOGA) Late Summer to Fall Transition w/ Greg Hines
Listen to the playlist
We made a custom PLAYLIST on Spotify to enjoy with this class…
In Chinese Five Element Theory, Late Summer gets a season of its very own. Fed by the fire of Summer, the season of Late Summer correlates with the Earth element to support self-cultivation, mindfulness and presence in transition.
After a season of expansiveness and activation, Late Summer yields to give our eyes a moment to adjust to the light! We can take stock of how structure and good boundaries offer healthy containment for well-being. Reimagine groundedness as centeredness in this physical practice, which explores the integrity of form and the formality of mindfulness.
After all, the Earth is merely a container for consciousness!
