(40 min YOGA) Polarity Poses to Integrate Winter Waters w/ Greg Hines
Listen to the playlist
We made a custom PLAYLIST on Spotify to enjoy with this class…
This Katonah yoga practice mediates and integrates opposites to hold healthy tension and find a good fit as you navigate Winter's waters.
Like the poles of the planet, polarities of the body inform our inner landscape. Opposing seasons play out on the same larger body of the earth. It's all about which hemisphere you harness to get what you want.
Class starts with a 5 minute alternate nostril breath exercise and ends with a nice dreamy Savasanna.
