This class provides an overview of why (from a nervous system and Ayurvedic perspective) rituals, routines, and patterns are so critical to bodily regulation. It provides a brief sampler of actionable "micro-rituals", stemming from Ayurveda, that people can incorporate into their lives to create more coherence and rhythm. It also offers a brief psycho-education around the art of Kaizen for sustainable habit/ritual formation.

 
 
 

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Guest instructor, Shoshana Koch, has been a therapist and addictions counselor for over a decade, and has helped several people create meaningful change during this time. However, she always intuited there was more. On her own personal healing path, she sought the refuge of spiritual teachings, body-centered practices, and energetic healing arts. These were the missing pieces to many, many years of engaging in her own psychotherapy. She has continued this development in the form of her current training to become an Ayurvedic Health Coach and an Organic Intelligence (somatic therapeutics) practitioner.
