Kitty Truax is an undoubtable energy. One that creates connection and camaraderie… to lift our collective as One. After 20 years in the entertainment industry, Kitty Truax began High Five Fit in 2013 after deciding on a new path into fitness training and coaching. During this leg of her journey, Kitty was re-introduced to Divination and her roots as a ‘healing witch’ - and once again (after the same 20 years) dove into the magic of Tarot. She began to include readings in her one-on-one coaching sessions which opened new doors of possibility with every card she turned. After an intensely intuitive pull in 2018, Kitty broke into the world of spiritual guidance and studying the effects of lunar motion and cosmic energy.
As a reflection of Source, Kitty Truax can easily connect to cosmic energies - creating space for deeper levels of self understanding. Using Moonology & Astrology, she is able to breakdown the current lunar phase into actionable steps, making it easy for anyone to plug into the naturally occurring vibrations of the Universe. Coming from a strong performance background, Kitty is able to entertain & educate simultaneously, leading her gratefully to a career in energetic healing, motivational speaking and sharing her M.A.G.I.C. podcast
